Complete your intake documents as accurately as possible. This will give me a snapshot your lifestyle and health history, which will save time during our initial session so we can get to the good stuff faster.
During the 60-minute initial visit, we’ll discuss all aspects of your lifestyle that contribute to your overall health. We’ll briefly go over your intake documents, go over past diet attempts to see what worked and what didn’t, and figure out a game plan together to help you reach your goals.
