Make sure your insurance information on-file with me is up-to-date.

Complete your intake documents as accurately as possible. This will give me a snapshot your lifestyle and health history, which will save time during our initial session so we can get to the good stuff faster. 


What should I expect from my 60-minute initial session?

What should I expect from my 60-minute initial session?

During the 60-minute initial visit, we’ll discuss all aspects of your lifestyle that contribute to your overall health. We’ll briefly go over your intake documents, go over past diet attempts to see what worked and what didn’t, and figure out a game plan together to help you reach your goals.


What should I expect from my follow-up sessions?

What should I expect from my follow-up sessions?

  • Note: the frequency of follow-up coverage depends on your specific insurance plan’s coverage. You may have no follow-ups, 2 follow-ups or unlimited follow-ups. 

  • Follow-ups are generally 30 minutes long. After the second follow-up, expect a 15-minute appointment unless there have been recent health changes that require more time.

  • We’ll revisit the goals set during the initial visit and talk about progress made, answer your questions and figure out ways to overcome any obstacles you faced.
